Tips:

The Disc sits on your vaginal fornix (the superior portion of the vagina). You should not be able to feel the Disc if is properly in place.

Stand up and check your Disc's position. Use your finger to ensure the rim of the Disc is fully rested behind your pubic bone and does not feel like is slipping out

Warning:

The Disc can be used during sex to minimize period mess. However, the Disc is not a contraceptive device and will not prevent pregnancy or Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs). To prevent the spread of STDs, do not share your Disc with other people.

Removing your Disc:

6. At the end of the cycle, wash your Disc and sanitize it by boiling it for 5 minutes before storage. Note: It is important to sanitize your Disc at the end of your cylce before storage but it is not necessary to sanitize it in between uses during the same menstrual cycle.

Warning:

The Disc is not intended for postpartum bleeding. Please consult your gynecologist about Disc use after childbirth.

Consult your gynecologist if you have any existing gynecological conditions or if you plan to use the Disc  with an intrauterine device (IUD). There is a small chance that improper insertion or removal of the Disc could pull off the strings or cause the IDU to dislodge.

To help prevent Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) do not exceed 12 hours of use without emptying your Disc.
