Designed for a healthy body in mind

Medical grade silicone is non-porous. This helps resist the build-up of bacteria. When a device is porous it means that there are tiny little holes throughout providing microorganisms, such as bacteria, a perfect place to thrive. Hume’s Cups and Discs are non-porous, preventing bacteria build-up.

How do they work?

Period cups and discs are worn intra vaginal, kind of like a tampon. But unlike tampons, cups and discs do not absorb flow, instead they collect it.  Cups and discs have a much larger capacity than tampons.  A single cup or disc has the capacity of up to 3 super tampons. Unlike tampons, cups and discs do not generate waste as they can be reused. A cup or disc can last up to 10 years!

What is the difference between cups and discs?

Menstrual cups and discs seem nice but why shouldn't I just keep on using the good old tampon?
here are a few reasons…

All cups and discs have a 100% cotton carrying bag included.
